Application Procedures

Requests must be signed, must have a proper address, must have a charity number, and must be delivered on paper (e-mail requests will not be considered). Upon receiving a request, the Foundation will make an initial determination of whether there is any potential for its funding. If there is potential for funding, applicants will be requested to submit a formal application. Each formal application must be accompanied by:

• a copy of the organization’s most recent audited financial statements;
• a current list of Officers and Directors;
• a budget for the proposed project, along with an indication of amounts already received and other anticipated sources of support;
• a summary of the goals and objectives of the organization, and for the project itself.

Please note that receipt of an application is no guarantee of funding. Once the application has been reviewed by the Foundation, organizations will be advised whether or not a grant has been approved, has been rejected, or is still under consideration.
